In November 2014 Nixu began an initial public offering (IPO) and was eventually listed in First North Finland marketplace operated by Nasdaq OMX Helsinki. Summa acted as the lead manager of the IPO. During the preparation phase of the IPO Nixu acquired one of its Finnish competitors, Panorama Partners, and Summa acted as Nixu’s financial advisor in the transaction.
