SELL-SIDE ADVISORY
We advise target companies and their owners in selling businesses and companies. We manage the whole sell-side process with the aim of maximizing value of the business to be sold. In addition to project management we typically provide advice in relation to valuation, transaction structuring, deal tactics, and many other matters. Together with the management we also build the investment case for the business. After we contact potential acquirers we lead the bidding process and final negotiations between the parties. Our track record in sell-side advisory includes running controlled auction processes as well as negotiated one-on-one processes. We have been very successful in building attractive investment cases and selling them to selected acquirers.
BUY-SIDE ADVISORY
We advice our clients when they consider acquiring businesses and companies. Our role includes project management, valuation, transaction structuring, deal tactics, negotiations and many other matters. Our aim is to achieve best possible value and terms for our client and we work hard to reach this result. We have a strong record of successful buy-side advisory assignments ranging from cross-border public takeovers to local private acquisitions.
MERGER ADVISORY
In a merger situation it is of particular importance to understand the business and transaction logic of all merging parties. In addition, thorough familiarity with a merger process is of crucial importance.
